Article summary

Cogniac offers Pay-as-you-go (PayGo) and subscription models to enhance the customer experience. PayGo and subscription models allow users to track the resources they consume under their current plan. This includes applications, feedback, storage, and training time. Users can purchase GPU, dedicated inferencing, and training sessions through the dashboard. The dashboard also provides additional metrics associated with training and deployment, such as GPU memory usage, throughput, and model rankings.

There are three types of subscription plans available:
- Starter
- Pro
- Enterprise

Note

Users should be aware, that downgrade option is not available.

  • The Starter Plan includes the following by default:

    • 5 active Model-based applications or Vision AI applications.

    • 500 training annotations per month

    • Limited, pooled inferencing

    • 20 GB of Media Storage

In the Starter Plan, users can upgrade certain features without changing the plan if they would like to. However, there are some limitations they should consider. The users can increase the number of active model applications to 15(including the default 5) and increase the number of training annotations per month(Unlimited) and the total media storage(Unlimited).

You can check this tutorial, which will help you navigate the process of adding features to the Starter Plan.

  • The Pro Plan includes the following:

    • 10 active Model-based applications or Vision AI applications

    • Unlimited, pooled inferencing

    • 7,500 training annotations per month

    • 200 GB of media storage

The Pro Plan also allows users to increase some features without upgrading the plan. They can increase the number of active model applications to 60(including the default 10), and again, they can increase the number of training annotations per month(Unlimited) and the total media storage(Unlimited). The difference between the Starter and Pro plans is that they can configure instances with Dedicated Training and Inferencing on the Pro plan. Both options are available: Prepaid 1 Year or Monthly On-Demand.

You can check this tutorial, which will help you navigate the upgrade process to the Pro Plan.

  • The Enterprise Plan provides users with a fully customizable tenant environment. If they choose this plan, our Sales team will contact them via their preferred method - phone or email.

You can check this tutorial, which will help you navigate the upgrade process to the Enterprise Plan.

  • Once users have submitted an order, they can check it by selecting the button

. They can see Order Details, Status, or Cancel Order(only if the status is still ‘pending‘).

PayGo has three environments available:

  • Cloudcore Shared

  • Dedicated

  • Deployment

Let's take a look at each one:

  • Cloudcore Shared Environment

Customers can change the environment and add additional dedicated training. The dashboard shows their subscription's start and end dates and how many days are left. Also, by selecting ‘Upgrade’, customers can upgrade their plan. The dashboard has additional details, like how many Vision AI applications customers have. It allows customers to add more by clicking ‘Add More’, the feedback customers have provided, and the feedback limit. Customers can add more by clicking ‘Add More’. It shows the storage they have used and the limit, and they can add more by clicking ‘Add More’. Additionally, customers can apply filters to sort on the dashboard. It shows their various details like the type, name of the application, last trained, is scheduled, release metric(shows the model type and the percentage), and if the application is active or not.

  • Dedicated Environment

The Dedicated environment dashboard shows the type and name of the application. Last trained, Is Scheduled, Release Metric, and Status whether the app is active or not. Customers can sort them by Type, Name, and Last trained. If they click on the type and click on the application, it will take them to the application details. If they click on the release metric, customers will know how the application is performing over time, and when models are released, they will know the improvement of the model in detail.

  • Deployment Environment

Note

Users should be at least on Pro plan in order to have EdgeFlow and/ or CloudFlow instances.

The Deployment environment dashboard shows details related to the number of active and inactive CloudFlows(virtual EdgeFlows ), the number of active and inactive EdgeFlows(on-premises), the deployment groups they are using, the names of the Edgeflows, the instance types, the ID of the instances, model, CPU  usage, throughput MPx/s, deployment group id on the instance, deployed WorkFlow id on the instance, deployed WorkFlow id on the instance, model rank of the application, number of replicas, model type, and the percentage, GPU Memory GB used by the application, throughput MPx/s used by the application, detections from the application, and Update Available.
